Introduction

RagnaTales is a world teeming with monsters and challenges. Outside the safety of cities, adventurers face constant threats. Adding to the peril, adventurers will now encounter an even greater menace: Champion Monsters. These formidable foes offer increased challenges and rewards, making every encounter thrilling and rewarding.

Monster Champion System

Overview

๐ŸŒŸ Champion Spawn: Every time a monster dies, there is a chance that a Champion Monster of the same race will spawn on the map.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Types of Champions: Four types of Champions can appear, each with unique characteristics and advantages.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Eligible Monsters: All monsters, except Mini-Bosses, MvPs.

Champion Monster Mechanics

๐Ÿ“ข Announcement: When a Champion Monster spawns, an announcement is made with its coordinates.

โณ Duration: Champion Monsters stay alive for 10 minutes. If not killed within this time, they will disappear.

๐Ÿšซ Spawn Limitation: If a Champion Monster is alive on the map, another Champion of the same race and type cannot be summoned.

๐ŸŽ Rewards: All Champion Monsters drop weapons and equipment with additional Random Bonuses.

โš”๏ธ Skill Restriction: The "Raid" skill cannot be used on Champion Monsters.

โš–๏ธ Free for All: There are no kill-stealing (KS) rules for Champion Monsters. They are free for all.


Champion Types

๐Ÿ’ฅ Berserker Champion

Traits: More health, deal more damage, and grant more experience. They also have a higher chance of dropping items.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Guardian Champion

Traits: When defeated, let out a war cry, summoning eight companions into battle.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Mystic Champion

Traits: Carry the knowledge of a hundred generations of their species, granting them a hundred times more experience.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Hoarder Champion

Traits: Greedy and amass a small fortune. When defeated, they drop the equivalent of ten monsters' worth of treasure.
