All Parts except Upgraded Clip has now the following effect. 1. If refine is +5 or higher -> Increase Any offensive Skill Damage +2% 2. Upgraded Clip -> Increase Any offensive Skill Damage +1%

Mob Name - Level/Element/Size/Race
Now consumes 10 Holy Water per cast, Also increases its time duration.
Level: 1 -> 10 minutes
Level: 2 -> 15 minutes
Level: 3 -> 20 minutes
Level: 4 -> 25 minutes
Level: 5 -> 30 minutes
Added at the Job Hall (12o' clock)
Zeny cost reduced by half.

The item effect has been changed from a percentage-based ASPD increase (ASPD +2%) to a flat ASPD boost (ASPD +1).
