This Auto-Loot System has been updated to offer more flexible configuration, while ensuring that you cannot mix the three major loot modes with the item-type modes. Below is a summary of how it now works from a player perspective.
Major Modes
Loot Anything: Picks up all dropped items on the ground, no filters.
Loot Only Items in List (Whitelist): Only picks up items you manually add to a personal list.
Loot Except Items in List (Blacklist): Picks up everything except the items you add to that list.
Item-Type Modes
Loot Only Cards
Loot Only Equipments
Loot Only Consumables
Loot Only Miscellaneous
Mutual Exclusivity
If you choose one of the three major modes (Loot Anything/Whitelist/Blacklist), you cannot simultaneously enable any of the item-type modes.
Conversely, if you enable an item-type mode (e.g., βLoot Only Cardsβ), you cannot use the major modes at the same time.
In other words, itβs either the major modes or the item-type modesβbut never both at once.
Main Loot Settings
Auto-Loot System
menu.
You will see options to Toggle Loot Mode, Configure Item List, and Set Priority.
Toggle Loot Mode
Here, youβll see all possible modes (the three major ones + the four item-type ones).
If you turn on one of the major modes, the system automatically turns off all item-type modes.
If you turn on one of the item-type modes, it automatically turns off the major modes.
This keeps everything simple: you either rely on a major mode or on item-type restrictions.
Configure Item List
Use this to Add item IDs to your list (for Whitelist) or to Remove them (for Blacklist, depending on which major mode you have active).
βLoot Only Items in Listβ picks up only those item IDs.
βLoot Except Items in Listβ picks up everything except those IDs.
Priority
This lets you choose whether your character picks up items before finishing off nearby monsters (βLoot Firstβ) or kills them first and then loots (βKill Firstβ).
Use βLoot Anythingβ if you want to automatically pick up all items, ignoring specific types or lists.
Use βLoot Only Items in Listβ if you have a small set of items you care about (like potions, valuable gear, or cards) and want to ignore everything else.
Use βLoot Only Cardsβ if youβre farming for card drops but want to ignore other item types.
Set βLoot Firstβ if you prefer grabbing loot immediately after a monster dies.
Set βKill Firstβ if you want your character to focus on combat, then pick up everything (or filtered items) afterward.
What if I want to whitelist a consumable but have βConsumablesβ off?
Normally, item-type bits apply a logical AND with whitelist. However, in this system, enabling βWhitelistβ automatically disables item-type bits, so that conflict wonβt happen. If βLoot Only Items in Listβ is ON, the item-type bits are OFF.
Can I have βLoot Anythingβ and βLoot Only Cardsβ at once?
No, because once you turn on βLoot Anything,β the system forcibly disables item-type bits.
What Changed for Heal/Buff Priority:
Added Lex Aeterna
If your friend isnβt using auto-attack, the system now tries to detect any monster currently focused on them.
This ensures Lex Aeterna is cast even if your friend is targeting monsters manually.
Prioritizing Heal and Buff
If youβre already within skill range to Heal or Buff a target, the system casts those spells right away.
It no longer forces you to walk closer first, which prevents missing a quick heal or buff opportunity.
In other words, whenever you can cast from where you stand, youβll do so immediately without extra movement.
What Changed in the Resurrection Logic:
Instead of walking to random spots near your friend when trying to resurrect, we now walk directly toward your friendβs exact location.
If we still fail to reach them after a few tries, we simply teleport right to them.
Why This Matters:
It stops your character from wandering around aimlessly when your friend is dead.
After a few βwalkβ attempts fail, we jump right to the friend, so we can cast Resurrection faster.
No more frustrating random movement that might never get into range.
What Changed for Magnificat, Gloria, and Angelus (Self-AoE Buffs):
Instead of just checking if you (the support) already have the buff, we also check if your friend is missing it (e.g., they died and lost the buff).
If either you or your friend doesnβt have the effect, you recast the skill on yourself so your friend can regain it once theyβre near you again.
No distance checks are done (theyβre self-centered AoEs), so you cast the spell immediately if needed.
